Where can I find nutritional information about Tayto products?

The best source of information is the ingredients line and nutritional information found on pack.

What crisps are not suitable for people with allergens?

All of our packaging clearly states specific allergen information for the 12 allergens which are under legislation.

What is sunflower oil and why is it good for me?

Sunflower oil is light in taste, contains more Vitamin E than any other vegetable oil and is high in polyunsaturated and low in saturated fat.

Where can I find information about sponsorships or donations from Tayto?

All sponsorship/donation proposals must be submitted in writing. A response will be sent to each request received.

I still have an old promotional pack, what should I do with it?

If you take a look at the T&Cs on the back of your pack you will find a promotion closing date. Feel free to enter if there's still time, but if the promotion is closed then we're afraid it's too late!

Can I get a sample of a Tayto product?

We are not able to accommodate individual sample requests, however, you should check with your local retailer for opportunities to try any of our latest creations.

Can I organise Tayto Crisps Wedding favours?

We do not supply Tayto wedding favours however we have seen instances where hotels produce these on behalf of the bride and groom. We would advise that you consult with your hotel wedding planner.

Can you ship internationally?

We can ship our merchandise anywhere around the world!
Unfortunately we cannot send our crisps outside of the Republic of Ireland for trademark reasons - sorry!

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship all orders with An Post. Please allow up to a week for your order to be processed by the Tayto Team and then allow for delivery time with An Post.

You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately it is not possible to request a specific delivery day or time.

Can I track my order?

Yes - if you choose the registered post option you can use the Track and Trace ID number to see when your order has been dispatched to when it is signed for at delivery.

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes, of course! We use Stripe to process all of our payments and do not store any of your card details

Can I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt as long as it is still in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an 'as new' status.

Please contact us at TaytoOnlineSales@largo.ie  and we will send you a returns number. Any returns must be authorized by a member of the Tayto Team within 14 days. Refunds will be issued through Stripe.

Please note that we currently do not cover the cost of return shipping.

I added crisps to my shopping cart but the order did not go through - why?

We can't send our crisps outside of the Republic of Ireland due to trademark reasons, if crisps are added to an order going abroad they will automatically be removed from your shopping cart. Sorry!

Don't worry - your order hasn't been processed and your card won't have been charged!
You will be asked to complete your details again so that you can proceed to checkout with other merchandise items.
